bbb are currently working with Devcore on a number of projects across the City of Cornwall as part of a long-term plan to bring growth, development and tourism to the ever strengthening municipality. While several of the projects are centred around the existing Devcentre, others are located centrally in the City. A masterplan, short and medium term residences, rental properties, retail, a hotel and waterfront developments are all being closely developed with a dynamic and experienced team from Devcore. While many of these are in their early stages, bbb have a unique opportunity to be an exciting part of what promises to be a new and exciting era for the municipality.
