Ritchard has over 39 years of experience, leading his team of 20 to realize many of Ottawa’s largest projects. Ritchard’s area of expertise lies in his ability to be an active, hands-on partner overseeing all design and contractual aspects of the project. His main strength is providing leadership to the design team, offering clear design direction and standard for the entire consultant team and in meeting his client’s design aspirations, budget and schedule. His projects are always animated and progressive, bringing an excitement of new design to every project he touches.
